Great customer service has always been a priority at Door Doctor that’s why they decided to include in their support center the option to create a live chat with their customers. Customers can now start a live chat session directly from the website of Door Doctor. Using our live chat module the client is able to monitor support requests and get customer feedback.

Add live chat support to your website. You can now use Beezilla marketing to integrate a live chat button on your website. Visitors that request a chat session will automaticly be added to your contact list. Share files when chating, send a transcript of the chat session at the end. All the chat session info (text and files) are automaticly saved in the contact’s profile.

Once the chat session is completed redirect your visitor to an online survey to get their feedback on the chat session.

We also created a windows application that will inform you when someone want to chat with you.
