You can now filter your survey answers based on the results of a search group. This allows you to create a search group based on your desired criterias (age, gender, location, …) and filter the results of your suvey based on the contacts that fit your search group criterias.
New survey features
We’ve added a few new features for our survey module :
Facebook integration, post survey / test results on users facebook wall.
Use surveys as tests. Give a score to every question and show users their results at the end.
Excel export, export all survey results to excel
Survey search, search contacts based on survey answers
Live chat support
Add live chat support to your website. You can now use Beezilla marketing to integrate a live chat button on your website. Visitors that request a chat session will automaticly be added to your contact list. Share files when chating, send a transcript of the chat session at the end. All the chat session info (text and files) are automaticly saved in the contact’s profile.
Once the chat session is completed redirect your visitor to an online survey to get their feedback on the chat session.
We also created a windows application that will inform you when someone want to chat with you.
